Do you sell to the public?
Yes, we are a wholesale distributor, selling our products to companies as well as individuals.
How can i get my order shipped to me?
When you place an order with us, (online,on the phone, or by fax), we will ship your order to you no matter where you are. If you are within our delivery area, we will ship it to you on our delivery truck (providing it meets the requirements of our shipping policy). If you are outside our delivery area, your order will be shipped U.P.S. (depending on size requirements). If your order is too large to ship U.P.S., it will be shipped via common carrier (freight collect).
How can i pay for my order?
At roberts co. We accept most major credit cards as payment for our merchandise. We also offer net terms to our customers (as outlined in our credit policy). You may also prepay your order by check or we can also ship C.O.D.

What happens when an item is backordered?
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will ship the rest of the order to you in a timely manner. The backordered item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we replenish our stock at our expense.
What are our hours of operation?
Roberts company's showroom is open monday thru friday 7:30 a.m. Until 4:30 p.m. You may call and leave a message during our closed hours, or you may e-mail or fax us anytime.
Do we have a showroom?
Yes, we do have a showroom, we display adhesives, cabinet hardware, woodworking tools, kitchen & vanity cabinets and several types of plastic laminates.
